Japanese introduction of lithium-ion battery safety plans

Last summer, a sensation around the world laptop caught fire incident triggered a consumer of lithium-ion battery safety attention. Out of security concerns, Japan’s battery and the computer industry united to jointly develop a lithium-ion batteries safe use guidelines. These two industries in particular the Working Group to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to submit the relevant proposals.
